In this journey, we are here to help them appreciate and love themselves no matter what stage they are in. Through Jiu Jitsu, they become empowered, confident, and capable of loving and trusting themselves fully. When they can be there for themselves, they will also be able to:

Teens Jiu Jitsu allows our students to discover self-defense, Jiu Jitsu techniques, and apply them in the healthiest and least aggressive way possible! We teach our students to respect each other no matter one's background. As they learn self-defense, we also emphasize its purpose and limitations. In a world where bullying is rampant, we teach them the importance of compassion and kindness instead. As they go through our classes, they will:

  • Acquire essential self-defense skills that will get them ready for anything
  • Learn how to detect unwanted threats and attacks
